Китайский концерн Sinomach Automobile решил переименовать рамный внедорожник Oting Paladin в спецификации для РФ. В нашей стране эта модель будет называться… Паладин. Да, кириллицей. Шильдики тоже будут на кириллице.
Утверждается, что ренейминг направлен на «укрепление двустороннего сотрудничества» и «в честь 75-летия установления дипломатических отношений между РФ и Китаем».
Мы же предполагаем, что истинная причина была другой: вероятно, написание Paladin латинскими буквами уже зарегистрировано в РФ по классу транспортных средств какой-то другой компанией. То есть Sinomach не хотела получить судебный иск от держателя торговой марки.
Oting Paladin/Паладин — это копия выпускаемого в Китае заводом Zhengzhou Nissan рамного внедорожника Nissan Terra. В России модель предложат в версии с 2,0-литровым турбомотором Mitsubishi 4K31 (228 л.с., 360 Нм) и 8-ступенчатым «автоматом» ZF. Привод — задний или полный типа part-time (с жестким подключением «передка»).
Габаритная длина машины — 4882 мм, колесная база — 2850 мм, все подвески пружинные, задняя — зависимая.
Предложат четыре конфигурации по цене от 3 799 000 рублей.
