Российские автопроизводители обратились в Минпромторг с предложением изменить расчет утильсбора
Кроме того, производители требуют ограничить практику массового ввоза автомобилей физическими лицами ("серого" импорта), поскольку такая схема позволяет существенно экономить на уплате утильсбора и ставит официальных продавцов и производителей в неравные условия конкуренции. Утверждается, что около половины ввезенных в страну машин приходится именно на такую схему, что ведет к значительным потерям бюджета и снижению налоговых поступлений.
